Large stones are evenly fed into the jaw crusher for coarse crushing via a vibrating feeder from the hopper. The coarsely crushed stones are then conveyed by a belt conveyor to an impact crusher for further crushing. Stones from the fine crusher are then conveyed by a belt conveyor to a vibrating screen for screening, separating them into several different sizes. Stones meeting the particle size requirements are conveyed to the finished product stockpile by a finished product belt conveyor. Stones not meeting the particle size requirements are conveyed by a belt conveyor to the impact crusher for further crushing, forming a closed-loop multi-cycle process. The finished product particle size can be combined and graded according to user needs. To protect the environment, auxiliary dust removal equipment can be configured.
