Mobile crushers easily achieve good crushing results for various types of stone (materials). They are suitable for crushing and processing various rocks (bluestone, marble, granite, basalt, dolomite, sandstone, andesite, etc.), iron ore, molybdenum ore, ore tailings, construction waste, coal, glass, ceramics, and other materials. They are widely used in sand and gravel, mineral processing, coal mining, concrete mixing plants, dry mortar, and other fields.
Multi-machine combined operation (vibrating feeder + jaw crusher + conveyor, impact crusher + vibrating screen + conveyor): Material falls into the vibrating feeder, and after simple screening, it is fed evenly and continuously into the jaw crusher. The coarsely crushed material is then transported by the conveyor to the impact crusher for fine crushing. A portion of the finished product that meets the particle size requirements is separated into different sizes by the vibrating screen and then transported by the conveyor to different stockpiles. The other portion of the finished product that does not meet the particle size requirements is returned to the impact crusher for further processing.
